Can be exacerbated by use of razors, but exact cause is unknown
Can range from hipertrophic papules to thick keloidal plaques
Tratamento
- Mild:
- Oil immediately after cutting hair
- Clobetasol 3-5x/weekly under occlustion (touca)
- Intermediate
- Isotretinoina 10-20 nas fases iniciais
- Minociclina
- Corticoide intralesional
- Excisão
