O’Briens’s actinic granuloma (controversial if is part of granuloma annulare group)

Annular Elastolytic Giant Cell Granuloma | Actinic granuloma of O’Brien | Meischer granuloma of the face

Rare association with lymphoma and Diabetes mellitus

Diagnosis

Biopsy needs to be deep

Pathology

Infiltrating or palisading granulomas with focal degeneration of collagen (necrobiosis) and elastin, mucin deposition, giant cells
