Chronic inflammation of the lips, acquired, respoinsible for edema that can become permanent
- Clinical presentiation
- Intermitent episodes of often asymmetrical swelling of the lip
- Then the hypertrophy becomes permanent, resulting in a “tapir lip”

- Noncaseating epithelioid granulomas around the upper half of undisrupted hair follicle with lymphocytic infiltrates
