- Adults>children
- Recurrent crops of many firm small red to brown papules on face/upper body
- Symmetric eruption (except in children)
- Spontaneously resolve within several months per episode, +/- dyspigmentation, episodic x years
- No visceral involvement
- Pathology similar to benign cephalic (non-lipid)
