- Caused by inhalation of Coccidioides immitis
- Can see exanthem with initial infection
- Erythema nodosum or erythema multiforme can be seen
- Usually self-limited but chronic form exists
- Disseminated disease can cause verrucous plaques commonly on the face
- Primary cutaneous form is rare
- Treat with long-term systemic antifungal therapy
