Clinical presentation
  • Papulas esbranquiçadas múltiplas da face - pode simular Pitiriase Versicolor
  • Face, neck and arms
  • Papule or small plaque, smooth or very slightly keratotic
  • 5-10mm
  • Isolated
  • Often mistaken for seborrheic keratosis
 
Histology
  • Agregaçao das fibras elásticas
  • Massive, solid, strands of clear infundibular cells, fused together and connected by multiple small tongues to the epidermis, which thus appears to be lined on its deep side by a thick tumor layer of palisade cells, itself bordered by a thick layer of orceinophilic elastic fibers
 
Multiple infundibulomas = infundibulomatosis
