  • HES-positive yellow-brown/ochre pigment in the dermis, but also around the vessels, macrophages, endothelial cells, apocrine glands, and on the basement membra
 
Dermoscopy
  • pigment occluding the follicular ostia and ruling out the differential diagnosis: melanoma
 
Treatment
  • Laser
  • Azelaic acid, topical corticosteroids, glycolic acid peels
