    • Exclude systemic vasculitis and investigate etiology of vasculitis
    • Treatment depends on: etiology, severity, past medical history
    • Surgery last resort, if no longer inflamed: skin grafting
      • How to know if inflammation has stopped: No more purpura, livedo racemosa, laboratory normalization of CRP, size no more progression, no more necrosis at the border, no more pain
